Gary Leskun, MBA, CGBP, is President and COO of Cross Border Partners Advisory Services, LLC. In this role, he is responsible for corporate strategy, strategic alliances, trade and investment client services-sales and business operations. Formerly, a Senior Account Executive International for FedEx, Leskun was responsible for the sale of global supply chain logistics solutions and trade advisory services. Prior to joining FedEx in 1996, Mr. Leskun was Director Business Development, accountable for opening new global markets for wireless data, mobile commerce, telecommunication solutions in the U.S., Canada, China, APAC and Europe regions for Motorola, Inc. He has also held executive leadership positions in corporate finance and operations within the TD Banking Group. He is Vice Chair of the North Central West Florida, (NCW FL DEC) District Export Council in association with the U.S. Department of Commerce, and in that capacity assists businesses to increase exports and enter international markets.
Andrew L. McIntosh, B.A., LL.B and J.D., is a partner at Shumaker Loop & Kendrick, LLP in Tampa, Florida, where he practices business law. As a member of the bars of both Ontario and Florida, Mr. McIntosh provides representation to clients involved in cross-border business. He is AV (pre-eminent) Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. In addition to his law practice and participation as a principal of CBP, Mr. McIntosh served as Honorary Consul of Canada for Florida from 2005 to 2012. As one of only 16 Honorary Consuls for Canada in the U.S., his primary role was to facilitate trade and investment business activities between Canada and Florida. The Canadian Consulate continues to consult with Mr. McIntosh for special assignments. Mr. McIntosh is a leader in the international business community. He brings valuable relationships and insight into government and business operations for the benefit of CBP clients.
Ranko Princip, CPA, MBA, LLM in Tax, is a tax director of Princip, LLC, a tax planning and compliance boutique firm. Previously, Mr. Princip was a senior manager and head of the international tax department of Pender Newkirk, a regional accounting firm based in Tampa Bay Area, a tax director in Allied Aviation, LLC, a large Florida company with multiple states and extensive international business presence, and a manager in KPMG, New York City and Vancouver, Canada, offices. Mr. Princip is a past Chair of the South West Chapter, Florida District Export Council, and in that capacity assists numerous Florida businesses in their respective exporting activities.
